“Kasetsart University Hosts AMV 2026: Innovation Collaboration in AI and Technology”

Kasetsart University proudly hosted the 2nd Asia‑Pacific Conference on Mosquito and Vector Control (AMV 2026), bringing together leading experts and researchers from across the globe.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kongsak Thiengtham, Acting President of Kasetsart University, presided over the opening ceremony, emphasizing the importance of innovation and collaboration in tackling mosquito and vector‑borne diseases.



Under the theme “Innovation Collaboration in AI and Technology to Advance Control,” the conference served as a dynamic platform for sharing cutting‑edge research, exchanging knowledge, and showcasing new technologies to strengthen regional and global cooperation.

Organized by the Department of Entomology, Faculty of Agriculture, and the Center for Community & Environmental Entomology Lifelong Learning, Institute for Advanced Studies, Kasetsart University, the event highlighted the university’s leadership in advancing science and public health.
